The hotel is conveniently located at the south end of 5th Ave, near everything. It is next to the ferry to go to Cozumel, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
The noise can be an issue, especially at night. Some guests have reported being disturbed by loud music from the bar and other sounds coming from 5th Ave.

Amazing views with a rooftop terrace and a great location just steps away from the beach and local restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.
The stay was overpriced with few amenities. The hotel lacked a pool and fitness center, making the price not worth it.

We loved the location of this hotel, right on top of the Diamonds International store at the south end of 5th Ave. It was very convenient being so close to the beach, just a few steps away. The sand was soft and there were several beachfront restaurants to enjoy. The hotel staff was friendly and the maids did an incredible job of cleaning up. We were impressed by their honesty when they found and placed a lost charm from my bracelet on the table for me to find. The hotel also had 24/7 security guards at the entrance, making us feel safe throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's conveniently close to everything. The hotel is just a few shops down from the bus terminal and a short walk to the ferry, making it super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Plus, it's located right on 5th Avenue, so all the shopping, food, and the beautiful beach are just steps away. Speaking of the beach, the one right in front of the hotel is simply amazing. The sand is so soft and there are even beachfront restaurants where you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to others.

Great vacation spot! Conveniently located near all the action, delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach just minutes away. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel at home during our stay. The room was kept very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for relaxing and watching the activity on the street below.
Limited parking options available close by, so plan ahead if you will be traveling with a car. , the hotel's location near the lively area can cause some noise from the street.
